Nausicaa Consult is led by Callum Rideout, a Broome-based Principal Consultant with an MBA majoring in Finance and a career spanning oil & gas, underground and open-pit mining, bulk earthworks, and government civil construction.
That operational grounding is paired with direct experience supporting Western Australian Government consultation and policy delivery through Ministry of Data, and more recently growing Kaynar Group Pty Ltd — a registered Aboriginal business in the Kimberley aligned with the JBAC native title group.
